Training and Quality Manager (SRB/BiH/MKD)

Join us as Training and Quality Manager!

Your main responsibilities would be:

• Creating Transcom training programs for leadership positions;
• Delivering leadership training to various overhead staff, with the aim of improving operational results;
• Supporting and monitoring the short and long-term development of overhead staff, with the aim of improving operational results;
• Organizing individual training sessions for Transcom leaders, focused on their day-to-day challenges in leading teams;
• Aligning training programs with the e-learning modules at our internal learning platform;
• Ensuring that work complies with Transcom regional and local procedures, codes and policies;
• Creating an enthusiastic, positive and safe learning environment;
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

What are we looking for:

• Advanced level of English (C1) in oral and written communication;
• Advanced level of Serbian/Bosnian;
• Relevant university education - degree in communication, education, social sciences or similar;
• Experience in delivering training sessions and experience in customer service;
• Completed the internal Transcom Train the Trainer course or equivalent training or certification;
• Strong communication skills with an entrepreneurial mindset and a confident demeanor;
• Ability to work in an organized, structured and independent manner;
• Goal- and solution-oriented;
• Ability to travel to Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia and North Macedonia.
